Information we receive

When you submit a service request, we may receive your name, business name, email, phone number, location, requested service, timeline, message, page URL, and calculator inputs. Newsletter signup stores the submitted email address and page source. The site does not require an account.

Purposes and legal basis

We use request data to review and answer your inquiry and, only when you consent, to share it with a relevant service provider. Processing is based on your request and consent. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics and local storage

Google Analytics is optional and loads only after acceptance. Your choice is stored in your browser under gtg-analytics-consent. If accepted, Google may process device and usage data under its own terms. Rejecting analytics does not disable site functions.

Retention and security

Contact requests and newsletter records are retained for no longer than 12 months unless a longer period is needed to handle an active request or meet a legal obligation. Records are stored on the application server with restricted file permissions. Internet transmission can never be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent by emailing us. You may also clear local storage to reset the analytics choice and complain to the competent data-protection authority.

Service providers and transfers

If analytics is accepted, Google acts as an analytics provider and data may be processed outside your country. A service request is shared with a local provider only when the form records your consent and a relevant provider is available.
