Commercial food service establishments must locate grease traps/interceptors on the outside of the building. Licensed hauler required for disposal of all materials removed from grease traps at an approved disposal site. Used fryer oil must be disposed of into a self-contained oil-rendering tank. Follows NYS Plumbing Code 2020 for interceptor sizing.
